Cupping therapy is a traditional alternative medicine practice using cups on the skin to create suction, promoting tissue relaxation and improving circulation.

We’ll use this time to check in, discuss your birth goals, go over preferences, explore comfort and coping techniques, and answer any questions you have as you prepare for labor and postpartum. Each session is personalized based on where you are in your pregnancy and what you need most. Please note: This service is only for current doula clients. If you haven’t signed a doula contract yet, please do so before booking.
